So today I hung out with my mother and sister driving around Anaheim. I was on a mission to find myself "THE DRESS" for the viva car show this Saturday. I really wanted something tiki/Hawaiian style but it is kind of hard to find the perfect size since im chunky. It always almost sucks when I go out to a vintage store and i can never find anything in my size. -_-
BUT today i found the perfect dress! my mother is going to help me fix it tomorrow to make it shorter around knee length. We are also going to make the dress no so "poofy" It has a lot of extra fabric :-/ The cool thing about the dress is that it's vintage and a size 9! what the hell! im a couple sizes bigger than that. it blew my mind haha. So in order for it to fit perfectly, I basically need to fast for the next 5 days. mostly just water and a piece of toast, fruit, yogurt, or anything healthy to eat. it's going to be tough but if i can stop smoking weed, im sure i can stop eating bad food :)
anyways back to that dress
so as you can see it's a bit too long. im sure if i would use it to go swing dancing or something it would be great but alas i am not. im also not sure what to wear over it. Like should i wear a nice cardigan or go out like that? hmm. I don't really like my arms. but i honestly think i won't care that day haha.
It's a really pretty flower pattern and color. it fits like a glove i tell you! i cannot wait :D!!
